With our extensively equipped machine fleet we can also offer
you services in the area of bevelling/curling.
Processing options:
Manufacturing for standard steel and stainless steel respectively aluminium or copper are equally possible, wall thicknesses and sheet metal surfaces (e.g. ground sheets) on request.
Bevelling
- U and L profiles made of bevelled sheet metal – with/without drill holes/threads -max. length 4000 mm
- Copper rails for electrical engineering (on request also with tinning)

Bending press length 4300 mm, 450 t, CNC-controlled
Bending press length 3100 mm, 150 t, CNC-controlled
Curling
- Tubes, tank cladding and cones rolled out of sheet metal (and on request also welded)
- Special manufacturing for stairway stringboards or decorative steel construction
Our machines:
Sheet rolling machine starting from interior diameter of 120 mm to length 2500 mm
Profile rolling
- Rolled beams and tubes, e.g. cooling and heater coils, railing tubes, stairway handrails
- Manufacture of heat exchanger tubes
