With our extensive manufacturing capabilities and thermal coating, our company takes care of cutting as well as processing, tank construction and mechanical engineering as well as mechanical processing right on our own premises. Our proportion of skilled workers is nearly 100% and the majority of the long-standing employees come from our own apprenticeship training.

We are glad to advise our customers on their requirements, discuss their design drawings and mutually define the ideal procedure for the manufacturing process.
Procedure of the manufacturing process
Our supply partners are evaluated by the Horn quality management. The chain of quality – starting with the application of customer data and the entire production process through on – schedule acceptance – has to be highly consistent and transparent. We fully ensure this chain. From administration to highly-qualified skilled workers. We fabricate solely in our premises in Ratten (Steiermark/AT), a fact of which we are very proud.
Construction and assembly
With the versatile options provided by our wide spectrum of manufacturing facilities we are able to accomplish virtually all work steps right in our own premises. That achieves a minimum of interfaces and provides a transparent manufacturing status that you can check and verify at any time. The basis for that is technical expertise, professional and skilled implementation competence and the space provided by three assembly workshops.
Test operation, delivery and assembly of the complete system onsite
We are also glad to accompany you on the last steps of the project. Depending on the type and size of the system, a test run can be performed in our factory before delivery. For the assembly and support during commissioning, the same experienced and competent employees are available that previously implemented your project in manufacturing.
