Lathing
- Specialist for the manufacture of turned parts with high precision requirements
- High precision and best quality with concentricity precisions of up to 0.01 mm
- vertical boring and turning mill: Workpieces up to a unit weight of 40 t, a length of up to 3500 mm and a diameter of 5000 mm
- Horizontal lathes: Workpieces with a length of up to 6000 mm and a diameter of 1100 mm
Milling
- Manufacture of workpieces with the aid of 5-axis simultaneous machining in any shape with great precision
- max. unit weight: 40 t
- max. processing dimensions: Length of 12000 mm and width of 1600 mm
- Precision of +- 0.01 mm feasible
Grinding
- max. processing dimensions: Length 2000 m, diameter 595 mm
- External cylindrical grinding, internal cylindrical grinding, surface grinding
- Super finishing and honing

Surface coatings
- Collaboration with competent partner companies for all conventional surface coatings
