We are currently offering an attractive permanent position with great potential as Assistant to the division manager (m/f/d) preferred full-time (part-time possible) with earliest possible start to strengthen our team in 8673 Ratten. Our job offer is primarily aimed at interested parties with many years of professional experience (with or without management experience) or adequateacademic education. With appropriate qualifications and experience, we offer a significant overpayment and the possibility of a management position in the future.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the division manager
- All commercial order processing
- Material purchasing (inquiry, price negotiation, ordering)
- Monitoring and deadline coordination of offers & orders
- Communication with customers and suppliers
- Monthly reporting

Your successful profile:
- Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW with professional experience, industrial engineer, FH ...)
- technical interest and basic understanding
- very good IT skills (MS Office)
- independent, precise, reliable work
- very good communication skills
- working English (Matura level)
Our attractive remuneration system:
- Minimum salary according to KV Metallindustrie BG E € 2,682.54 per month full-time (38.5 h)
- significant overpayment with appropriate qualifications and professional experience
